Hat-Scarf/Cowl –Gloves/Mitten Contest

$100 Gift Card

Fun new yarns are all of the rage, I have already seen some of you use them in very interesting ways. So it occurred to me that we should celebrate the creativity of knitters and crocheter. I have tons of new show stopping yarns to make the most incredible creations.

From Jan 15th to Feb 15th make any of the above using novelty yarns exclusively or in combination with other yarns. The completed item must be brought to the shop to be displayed and votes cast, which will be from Feb 17th to Feb 29th. There will be three winners (one for each category).

Special Olympics Knit Day

Due Feb. 23rd to the yarn shop.

Scarf Colors: Bright Red- solid or with white
Yarn: Your choice, washable preferred
Pattern, needles size: Your Choice
Suggested Size: 6" wide x 5' long
Deadline: Feb 24th to White River Yarns

Mother’s Day and Fashion Show

I am still working out the details, but start planning on attending or showing off your latest creation in the fashion show. This will be a great afternoon of fun and perfect company. This would be a ideal mother/daughter or many generations of mothers and daughters event. Plan not to attend. Tickets will be $20 per person or $35 for a mother and daughter.
